What does “unlimited graphic design” mean ?
Blenzy’s unlimited graphic design includes unlimited requests and unlimited revisions. This means that you can make as many requests as you’d like, and we’ll work through them as quickly as possible. Once you submit your requests, your dedicated Project Manager will review them, to ensure we have all the details required. Then they’ll assign them to your design team.

What is the turnaround time?
For design tasks we work in 24 hour turn-around times. On unique instances, our design lead will communicate if a foreseen amount of time is needed.
How many requests can I submit at a time?
You can submit an unlimited number of requests. Your dedicated Project Manager will review them, to ensure we have all the details required, and then assign them to your design team.
By default, your requests will be completed in the order you submit them. But if you ever need to change the order, or prioritize a certain task, or tasks, you can do so by letting our Project Manager know.
We get it. Sometimes priorities shift and deadlines change. So we’re happy to be as flexible as possible to help you meet yours.
What details should my design request include?
Include these details every time for the best results: size, orientation, format (print, digital or video), preferred colours, inspiration designs, and text copy.

How do I create a design request?
We have a super easy-to-use platform where you can create projects, communicate with your designers, ask for revisions and download all your files.
Creating a design project is as simple as filling in a form and attaching your assets. You designer will then get to work asap.
Can I submit multiple design requests at a time?
Yes! However, your designer will work on them one at a time and deliver the equivalent of our daily output everyday. If you wish to get more done or increase the speed of work, you can always upgrade to a plan with more daily outputs.
What happens if I don’t like my design?
Design is a process and not every project will be a success on the first try. This is why we offer unlimited revisions, we will keep refining the design until you are happy.
If we still can’t get it right, we will reassign the project to another of our designers whose style may be better aligned with your taste.
Are the designers available in my time zone?
Yes! If you’re located in Europe, Asia, or the US, we have a designer on one of our teams that operates in the same working hours as you.
However, we are currently available for customers on US Eastern Time only.
How do I communicate with my designer?
All of the communication takes place through our platform. You will also receive email notifications for every update.
However, if you like you can chat directly to your design team via Slack in real time.

With all our plans, you can submit as many design requests as you like and our designers will work on it every business day. Revisions are unlimited too!
No matter how many requests or revisions you submit, the price stays the same. You are only limited in terms of speed as we are real humans doing real work.
What type of designs can I request?
The answer is a lot ! If you can clearly explain or show it, then we can design it.
If you feel like you don’t know what you want and would need multiple meetings with a brand strategist to figure it out, then Blenzy might not be the right fit for you at this time.
Note that we do NOT offer 3D design, video editing, complex UI/UX, prototyping and coding.
Do I own the rights to the designs?
Yes. All of our work is done for you and for you only. You have complete ownership of the files as soon as you received them and are free to use them as you please.
Source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) are always included along with PNG, JPEG, SVG & PDF.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will be able to use the service until the end of your billing period.
We offer monthly, quarterly and yearly subscriptions.
Where are your designers located?
Our design team is located all around the globe, including Asia, Europe and South America. All of our designers have been through a vigorous hiring process and are full-time employees to ensure the best quality and service delivery.
